Our job is not just to provide our guests with a hassle-free check-in and check-out. We must first and foremost build a unique and memorable experience. Our Guest Experience experts take the lead in providing a wide range of services that guide guests throughout their stay. They are empowered to move around their space and do what needs to be done. Whether it’s handling operational needs, responding to guest requests, preparing reports or sharing local points of interest, Guest Experience experts ensure that guests feel that transactions are part of the experience.

No matter your position, there are a few things that are essential to success – creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, adhering to quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Being a Customer Experience Expert means being on your feet and moving around (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time) and getting hands-on with your work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 10 pounds (4.5 kg) without assistance). It is essential that Customer Experience Experts perform all of these tasks perfectly (and any other reasonable tasks assigned to them) – this way, our customers will always be satisfied and our business will continue to thrive.
