As we prepare for launch, we’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support and ensure our customers have peace of mind when using our services.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance. Your role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust in ResQX’s services.
Customer Service Representative:
- Customer Interaction
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Provide accurate information about ResQX services, features, and pricing.
• Assist customers in navigating the app and resolving any technical issues. - Issue Resolution
• Log and track customer complaints or service issues.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely resolution of roadside assistance requests.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved. - Feedback Collection & Reporting
• Gather and document customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports on recurring issues or user pain points to the team. - Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer service process for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Suggest updates to FAQs, help guides, and automated responses. - Customer Relationship Management
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat usage and
subscriptions.
• Promote referral programs and additional services to customers.Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: 1–3 years in customer service or a similar role (experience in tech or automotive industries is a plus).
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) and basic troubleshooting for mobile apps.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional local languages are a bonus).
• Empathy & Patience: Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
