3. Job Listing Duration

Each job listing will remain active on our platform for 90. After this period, the listing may expire unless renewed by the employer.

4. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit job listings that contain:

  • Inappropriate language, offensive or defamatory content.
  • Information promoting illegal activities or misleading job opportunities.
  • Personal data that violates third-party privacy rights.

5. Fees and Payments

You understand that posting a job may require a payment, and you agree to the fee schedule provided on the submission page. Payments are non-refundable.

6. Job Removal

We reserve the right to remove any job listing that violates our terms and conditions, is flagged as inappropriate, or is found to contain incorrect information.

7. Intellectual Property

You warrant that you have the right to use any logos, trademarks, or media in the job posting and that you are not infringing on any third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Data Privacy

Any personal or company data submitted through this platform will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that all data submitted complies with data protection regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

EliteJobsNg is not responsible for the outcome of any job applications or employment contracts resulting from your listing. We do not guarantee job visibility, applicant quality, or hiring outcomes.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect.
